What corporate bar hire includes

• Bartenders who are RSA-certified, with a liquor licence and public liability insurance
• All stock, mixers, ice, glassware and bar tools; the branded physical bar is optional
• Arrival one to two hours before service for set-up and styling
• Pack-down, cleaning and responsible handling of beverage waste

Planning a client event in your own space

A showroom, office or studio works well because the space already says who you are. We plan the bar footprint around your displays, bring a bar that suits the fit-out, and keep stock and ice out of sight. A short cocktail list with one drink named for the brand gives guests a talking point; a welcome sparkling as they arrive sets the tone.

Can the bar carry our branding? Yes. Branded bar fronts, signage, glassware and a custom cocktail menu are all available.

Do you handle after-hours events in an office? Yes. We bring everything, and pack down and clean so the space is ready for the next morning.

How far ahead should we book? Two to six months is ideal, more in spring and summer; last-minute dates are worth asking about.
