How our mobile bar hire works

1. Tell us about your event: your date, venue or address, guest numbers and the drinks you have in mind. We reply with a free, itemised quote.
2. We plan the bar with you: the drinks list, bar style and timings, plus access, parking and space at your venue.
3. We set up before your guests arrive: our team arrives 1 to 2 hours before service to set up and style the bar, chill the drinks and check the equipment.
4. Your guests are looked after: licensed bartenders serve every drink, keep the bar stocked and clear glasses as they go.
5. We pack down: when the last drink is poured we pack the bar away, clean up and take the empties and waste with us.
