How coffee cart hire works
- Tell us about your event: your date, venue or address, guest numbers and the times you'd like coffee served. We reply with a free quote.
- We plan it with you: the drinks menu, milks, cups and any branding, plus space, power and access at your venue.
- We set up early: our barista arrives ahead of time to set up the cart and machine, so coffee is ready when your first guests arrive.
- Made-to-order coffee all event long: ST. ALi espresso, tea, chai and hot chocolate, made fresh for every guest.
- We pack down: we clean up, pack the cart away and take our waste with us.

Yes. We regularly bring our coffee carts to birthdays, engagement parties and family celebrations at home. We just need a small flat area and access to power, and we clean up afterwards.
Can you serve a large conference or corporate event?
Yes. For big crowds we bring more than one machine and set the carts up so two queues move at once. At the ECMS conference we served more than 600 coffees in a single day.
Do you travel outside Melbourne?
Yes. We serve the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, Ballarat and most of Victoria. Travel fees may apply outside metro Melbourne.
